Flood & Water Removal Factoid:
For every 150,000 people in a given area there are 75 floods per month.
If you happen to have a flood in your home or business, and you are not certain if you can handle it, give us a call. We will come out and take a look at it with no charge for our advice. It may be more of a project than you think it is.
Most people, even businesses, have no plan for what they should do in the case of a flood unless they have had the misfortune of experiencing one before.
When you call Allied Elements our friendly representatives will immediately begin to advise you of the things that you can do save your personal property.
Within minutes our loaded trucks will be on their way to you. (insert picture of trucks in a row?)
Allied Elements’ first step in flood water removal and restoration, after we make certain the water flow is staunched, is water extraction from carpet, floors, walls and ceilings. We also check to see if any structural damage to your property or furniture might have occurred. We use the latest technology with our Flir™ thermo-graphic cameras to determine the hidden location of the water. Once all the heavy water is removed, our representatives begin drying with air-drying equipment and dehumidifiers. LGR dehumidifiers are used to dry the materials quickly. We also have injection drying systems to dry the hard to reach spaces. Any carpet or padding that is too damaged will be discarded. Our next concern is decontamination of the treated area. We sanitize with antimicrobials and mildew-cidal agents to keep dangerous molds and bacteria at bay. This step is also for odor control. Last, but not least, we engage in site cleanup.
We know how difficult the process of flood water damage and removal can be for the customer, and do our best to make the process as seamless as possible. We treat your case – no matter how big or small – with a sense of urgency and sensitivity. We will happily answer any questions you have during your flood water damage restoration. Allied Elements’ informs its customers before work is to begin what to expect, and we work with most major home insurance carriers. (List names of major and lesser carriers?)

Often times during a catastrophe like a flood, even after cleanup, excess water remains. It may be hidden in walls and below floors, going unnoticed for days. This is especially dangerous because it can lead to dangerous mold, bacteria growth, and further damage to your home.
At Allied Elements, we use Flir™ thermo-graphic cameras with the latest Infrared technology to immediately detect the source of the water and locate hidden potential dangers that would not be otherwise visible. This allows us to quickly address the root of your flooding problem and begin the restoration process at the source. Here are some of the benefits of the Flir™ thermo-graphic camera technology:
